Do you pick us up from our hotel?+
Yes. Every tour includes free pickup and drop-off at your Brașov hotel or apartment. Share your address on WhatsApp when confirming.
How large are the groups?+
Small — typically 1–8 travelers in an air-conditioned car. Private options are available on request for any tour.
What language are the tours in?+
English by default. Other languages can be arranged for private tours.
Are kids welcome?+
Absolutely. Several of our tours (Bran+Rasnov+Poiana, Harman & Prejmer, half-day options) are especially family-friendly.
How do we pay?+
Payment is arranged directly with us, usually cash in EUR or RON on the day. We'll confirm price and payment method on WhatsApp before you arrive.
Do prices include entrance tickets and food?+
No, unless specified on the tour page. This keeps our prices honest — you only pay for what you actually use.
What about cancellation?+
Weather cancellations by us are always free. For personal cancellations, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan around it.
Can you pick up from Bucharest or the airport?+
Yes, on request — including the Brașov → Peleș → Bucharest transfer tour. Ask us on WhatsApp.
What should I bring?+
Comfortable shoes, water, sun/rain protection depending on the season, and a small daypack. For bear watching, warm layers even in summer.
